Clearview Plumbing ... A Real Guarantee...

If you have ever seen the movie Fight Club, starring Brad Pitt and Edward Norton, two of the greatest actors of their generation, you will remember that when it comes to the notion of the “Fight Club” they create in movie that there are a number of Rules. The first Rule of “Fight Club” is that you do not talk about Fight Club. The second Rule of “Fight Club” is that you do not talk about “Fight Club”.

Wait a minute that means that the second rule is really just the first rule repeated.
Well, that does not make much sense now does it?

Actually it does. This is something that one would do when they really want to get their point across. So when it comes to the movie it seems that the leaders of the Fight Club really did not want people talking about the Fight Club and hence that is why the second rule repeats the first one emphasizing the importance of following this rule.

The same holds true for many things in life. There are many rules and regulations that we want to point out to people and sometimes so much that they are worth repeating to people so we make sure that they really get the picture.

So is the case with the Calgary based plumbing and heating business known as Clearview; as Clearview has 2 Clear Rules that are posted on the homepage of their website. They read as follows:

Rule #1: Do whatever it takes to solve every problem right and leave every customer smiling.

Rule #2: When in doubt see rule #1.

As I visited their website for the first time and I saw these two “rules” it made me sit back and say “wow these guys must really mean business.” I mean what a statement it makes to not only say that they are going to solve every problem correctly but also that they are going to leave their customers so satisfied that they will be smiling. That is pretty tempting as it is; I mean how often do you get that kind of guarantee from a business? Not very often, if you ask me, or if you do it is never so assured a guarantee as the one with Clearview being that when it comes down to rule number

#2 pointing back to rule #1 in regards how they conduct business and how serious they are about customer satisfaction. Rule 2 simply says refer to rule 1. So in other words Clearview is again pointing out how they are a customer centered business and that they are not happy until their customers are happy and the plumbing or heating issue is correctly restored.

Also pointed out on the website there are a couple of quotes…

One of the quotes reads: “Problem Solved. Sanity Restored.”

And another quote reads: “Honey, Just Call Clearview…”

These are two great impact statements that let Clearview’s potential customers know, and reminds their already satisfied previous customers, that all you need to do is make one quick telephone call and this will get your problem solved and restore your sanity. Is it not worth one phone call to get the dang house problem that is causing you some unneeded headaches out of your life so you can smile again and be content?

With the mentality of one quick call gets your problem solved and your sanity restored Clearview’s has pegged themselves as the Calgary areas savior when it comes to home plumbing and heating problems…

They are a clearly a plumbing company who cares. They care about you and they care about doing good quality professional work that will last and that doesn’t cut corners. The sad thing about the world out there is that not everyone conducts honest business or cares enough to do there best. Not, when it comes to Clearview. This is exactly what they guarantee (twice – rule 1 and rule 2)…honesty and the best job possible. This sort of mentality certainly affords a customer the piece of mind to know that they best possible person (aka Clearview in this case) is on the job and is doing it the right way. And doing it the right way the first time and making sure you are satisfied.
