There are even some technical fat burning techniques such as specific diets that will adjust your testosterone, insulin, leptin and other hormones that will send your body into overdrive and increase your metabolism thus combusting more fats.
So if you want a decent six pack, you need to change your diet and exercising with weights and cardio. Search google for a good diet such as atkins or the protein diet and find a good physical exercise routine for a full body physical exercise that includes cardio and you'll be on your way to great abdominal muscles.
