By : Sara Lee

Your body is your temple! From a physical standpoint I believe this is certainly true. If you have always wanted a Warrior's Body, then you are in the right position. The path you yearn for to follow is actually based on experience, common sense, plus a little bit of difficult work. While the path is easy to learn, the journey you take will require a little bit of tough work plus self-discipline.

So what is a "Warrior's Body" anyway? I would define that body as happy, healthy, somewhat lean, a little muscular, also trainable, to start! Over time also training the Warrior's Body is conditioned and trained to be a fighting device. With proper training, your body can be the temple you would like in order to be a happy, healthier you.

The major news is you can start from anywhere, now, plus begin your journey to the body you fancy. As I mention in the article "The Warrior's Mind", you must start the journey by deciding you would like it. If you think "it would be nice, or that would be pretty cool", discontinue today as well as don't waste your time. You have to wish for it to be successful, otherwise, failure is sure to follow.

Step 1 is deciding, step two is action! I believe there are two parts to a Warrior's Body, the physical training, plus the diet. I'm not a doctor or a certified dietician, I recommend you see each before starting any working out program due to the fact that they know you plus can make ideas based on your visit. What I am; however, is a martial artist who has been helping people reach their physical and mental goals for over 20 years. I have trained men, women, children, the young, the old, and everybody in between. The one single thing I can tell you is, "If you need it bad enough you will succeed, also only you know what you truly want"!

So how perform we get there? Slowly but surely! It is key to start slow also work your method up to more activity. Every drastic changes are almost certainly met with injury, burnout, or the inability to stay motivated. Small tips in anything you do are the key to making life long changes. On the diet side, start by eating a salad a day for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This will help lower calories as well as start feeding your body the nutrients it needs to perform. On the physical side, I recommend you start martial arts training 10 minutes per day, yes, only ten! With the combination of these two activities you will begin to feel the mental benefits quickly. Knowing that you are making changes to reach your goals is inspiring.

Over the next few months you crave to work up to the position where you are training 30 minutes per day. I recommend after each month you boost your workout by 10 minutes, so entering your third month, you are getting 30 minutes. On the diet side (by diet I mean food, not an actual diet plan) you crave to be around 1500-2000 calories for men plus around 1200-1500 for females as a basic guide. I say basic guide because each individual person may have medical or physical needs that must be considered, that is why a visit to your doctor is vital!

The Warrior's Body will build with training plus a diet based highly on protein, fruits, and vegetables, and a light mix of carbs. From a training standpoint, I recommend a solid martial arts program that includes kicks, punches, knees, elbows, self-defense, push-ups, sit-ups, just to name a few. If you want to obtain an idea on the specific martial arts movements, please visit my online martial arts training site below.

All of the things mentioned above will get you started on your journey to build a Warrior's Body; however, the one single KEY ingredient is you. A fantastic prepare only produces outcome once action is taken. Take action also start now, you certainly won't regret it!
