People around the individual starts to notice signs of withdrawal and depression as well as behavioral changes becoming more obvious. Helping employees form a support group for them should be considered in the workplace health program.
In conclusion, adhering to zero-tolerance policy can solved any form of harassment in the office, whether its emotional, verbal or sexual harassment. A fun and social workplace can help solve problems of excessive stress and burnt out employees. Eventually, companies also benefit from proper workplace health policies for their employees as they earn more fortunes since employees are performing better, giving more interest in the workplace and turnover rates are kept at a minimum.
